For decades, buying a vehicle meant walking onto a lot and negotiating with someone whose bonus depended on how much they could get you to spend today. We think that's over.
We rebuilt the journey. Now we're rebuilding the room.
When we founded RREV, we knew that to build the most resilient, technologically advanced expedition assets on the planet, we couldn't just innovate on the hardware — we had to rewrite the entire owner journey.
We started that from day one. Our online configurator at rrev.shop lets you blueprint your dream rig from anywhere in the world — pick a platform, pick a color, pick your options, sleep on it, come back tomorrow. It's live for you, always.
But as we watched our community design their dream builds online, we saw the other half of the story hadn't changed. The physical side of the expedition industry is still stuck in a model your grandfather would recognize — pushy salesmen on commission, high-pressure lots, fragmented information, mystery pricing.
We believe the physical touchpoint of your journey should be as premium, seamless, and ruggedly refined as the online experience.
That's why we created RREV Nexus.
It is not a dealership. No closing tactic. No commission. No upsell pitch when you ask a simple question. Spend three hours playing with the configurator and leave without buying anything — good, we did our job.
What we're actually building
Coming in 2027, RREV Nexus launches in California, Texas, and Utah, then rolls out across the country from there. Zero-pressure, vibrant environments designed entirely around collaboration, education, and community.
Clean architecture. Natural light. A team of engineers and product experts ready to help you turn what you've built on screen into something you can walk around.
The three things you can actually do there
01 — The Spec Bar
Grab a coffee. Pull up a stool. Bring a saved configuration from rrev.shop and put it on a big screen next to our non-commissioned design team. Fine-tune your proprietary air suspension, telemetry, and lithium battery banks with someone who has actually built and tuned one — not someone reading off a printed spec sheet.
02 — Live Product Walkthrough
Every hero rig on the floor is unlocked. Open the storage. Close the storage. Sit at the dinette. Lie in the bed. Ask about the weld pattern on the frame. Ask how the water system routes. Ask about the plumbing. Ask about anything.
Imagine you and the rig as one before you configure one.
03 — Live RREV OS
Get hands-on with our proprietary software the same way you'll use it on the trail. The clean interface that syncs your rig, manages your solar strings, activates your built-in global satellite data, monitors your tanks and batteries and cameras from anywhere in the world — all live, running on the showroom floor, on the rig sitting in front of you.
You don't have to imagine what it will be like to own one. You can just use it.
Every model, every path
Whether you have been dialing in one of our expedition trailers — the agile Baja, the versatile Titan, or the compact Outland — or stepping up to our expedition vehicles, the EXP and HD Series — Nexus is where your digital rendering becomes tangible.
Bring a saved link. Bring nothing. Bring a friend who thinks you're crazy for wanting to live in a rig for two months a year. We are here to help you design your next adventure — not to close a deal.
From click to ignition
The outdoors are unpredictable, wild, and unforgiving. Building the vehicle that takes you there should not be.

Nexus is one move in a much longer game. The founder lays out all ten years of it in the RREV master plan.
The dealership is dead. Welcome to Nexus.
RREV builds expedition rigs in Northern California, one at a time, for people who'd rather wake up to Castle Crags than CNN.
