About Spotty

Who is Spotty?

Spotty is RREV’s Rig Guide: an AI assistant with a trail-dog personality. He lives here on roamresilient.com, and on board RREV rigs as Spotty Voice (Beta).

Is Spotty a real person?

No, Spotty is an AI assistant. When he can’t answer something, he passes your question to the RREV team and a person replies to you by email.

Can Spotty help me order a rig?

Yes. He’ll help you choose your rig and packs, create your RREV account and sign and submit your build agreement, all in the chat. Nothing is binding until you sign your build agreement.

Does Spotty cost anything?

Chatting with Spotty on roamresilient.com is free. Owner extras come with Remote Access + Spotty, and Spotty Voice (Beta) is an optional upgrade; current prices are on the RREV OS & Packs page.

Does Spotty ever see my password?

No. When you create an account or sign in through the chat, your password goes straight from your browser to RREV’s secure build system. Spotty never sees it.

Does Spotty work offline?

Spotty Voice runs on the rig itself and works offline. The chat on this website needs an internet connection.
