We Rebuilt Everything

If you've visited roamresilient.com before, you'll notice it looks different. Not tweaked — rebuilt. New design, new structure, new tools, built from scratch around one question: what does someone who's serious about buying an expedition trailer actually need from our website?

The answer wasn't more marketing copy. It was clarity, depth, and tools that respect your intelligence.

What Drove the Redesign

The previous site was built to announce that RREV existed. This one is built to help you decide if RREV is right for you — and if so, which configuration fits your mission.

We looked at how serious buyers actually use our site. They don't read left to right, top to bottom. They jump to specs, bounce to pricing, dig into the journal for engineering detail, then come back to the model page. The old site made that circuit uncomfortable. This one doesn't.

What's New

Faster, Cleaner Model Pages

Every model — Titan, Baja, Outland, EXP Series, HD Series — has a rebuilt page with cleaner spec layouts, pricing up front, and honest descriptions of who each model is actually for. The Titan is not for everyone. The Outland is not a compromise. We say that now, clearly.

The Overlander Toolkit

Six precision calculators built around RREV's actual systems: air suspension bias, tire pressure by terrain, winch and recovery sizing, tow vehicle payload, water and provisions planning, and 24v solar sizing. These are not marketing widgets — they run real math on real specs. You can read the full methodology breakdown in our Overlander Toolkit guide.

The RREV Journal

This publication you're reading right now. Long-form writing on engineering, adventure planning, trail guides, and build logs. No fluff, no SEO filler — articles written for people who want to understand how expedition trailers actually work. New posts go up regularly.

Smarter Mobile Experience

Most of you are reading this on a phone. The new site was designed mobile-first — every model card, every spec table, every tool scales properly to a 6-inch screen. If something doesn't feel right on mobile, tell us.

Live Chat with Fin

You'll notice the chat bubble in the corner. That's Fin, our AI-powered assistant. Ask it anything about our models, specs, lead times, or configurations. For deeper questions — custom builds, specific mission requirements, financing — Fin connects you directly to our team.

What Hasn't Changed

The trailers. The build process. The people who answer the phone when something goes sideways on a trail in Utah. The website is new. Everything that makes RREV worth buying is exactly the same.

What's Coming

TrailSync — our AI-powered expedition planning platform with real-time Victron monitoring, route planning, and solar forecasting — is in active development. The website will integrate directly with it when it launches. More on that soon.

We're also expanding the journal significantly in 2026. More build logs, more trail guides, more engineering deep dives. If there's a topic you want us to cover, use the chat or reach out directly.

One Ask

If something on the new site is broken, confusing, or missing — tell us. We'd rather hear it from you than have it quietly cost us a customer. The feedback button is always open.

Welcome to the new roamresilient.com. Now go plan something ambitious.
